What are some things parents can expect their child to learn at KSA?At KSA Academy, parents can expect their child to learn the fundamentals of mathematics, science, biblical principles, literacy, as well as important critical thinking. They will also gain valuable knowledge in social studies, arts, music, and American Sign Language. Each child will have the opportunity to discover new skills in a safe and supportive learning environment.

What is the age requirement to attend KSA?The age requirement to attend is 2 years old. We accept students between the age 2 to 6 (1st Grade) and learning support up to 5th graders.

If my child misses a session, can they make it up?Make-up sessions are only granted based upon instructors availability within two weeks of the of the missed session. Parents must notify the instructor within 24-48 hours. Last minute call-outs will not be permitted.

When are payments due for online learning?Payments are automatic. The withdrawal plans are weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Parents are allowed to choose their preferred plan. If payment has not been made, students are not allowed in the Live Zoom session.

Does KSA accept all payment types?The accepted payment types are: Credit Card, Debit Card & PayPal. Parents can make payments through the website by clicking on "Pay Online" towards the bottom of the page. Payments automatic withdrawal through the KSA platform.

On what holidays is KSA Academy closed?KSA Academy is closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. In the event the holiday falls on an online learning day, parents will received a credit to their account. Please note: KSA Academy is closed the entire week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Holiday.
